1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing our AMI hardware, deploying SmartLinkOS-EdgeAI, or using SmartLinkCloud SaaS, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Scope of Service & Firmware Licenses

Trade & Tech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run SmartLinkOS-EdgeAI on designated edge controllers. You may not decompile or reverse-engineer the operating core.

3. Invoicing & SmarterBill Payments

Automated billing reports generated from SmarterMeter units are routed to SmarterBill. Users are responsible for configuring accurate tariff tiers and verifying generated invoice values.

4. Limitation of Liability

Trade & Tech is not liable for system outages, data sync delays, or utility billing discrepancies resulting from network issues, tampering, or environmental hardware damage.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be settled in Bangkok courts.
