2. Telemetry & Data Collection

We collect real-time gateway metrics (CPU load, temperature, AI model inference speed, local packet logs) and smart meter telemetry values (water, gas, electricity consumption curves) to provide analytics and invoicing.

3. Offline Storage & Caching

To prevent data loss, SmartLinkOS-EdgeAI buffers metrics inside local database queues during network outages and synchronizes this cached data securely to SmartLinkCloud once online.

4. Security & Encryption

We apply TLS 1.3 protocol encryption for all data packets transmitted to the cloud. Local cryptographic keys are securely processed using hardware-level TPM security chips.
